Instructions for the PRO-FITT
- Detach the "D" ring on one side only. The velcro sewn into the ends holds them together temporarily to keep them untangled.
- Lying on your back, slide back shell into place. It should be centered with the bottom just touching the top of the buttocks. Make sure all straps are pulled out on each side.
- Place the front shell on your abdomen making sure the indentation is positioned on top of the hip bone. While holding the front in place, pull the large elastic piece and attach to the side velcro, then do the other side. The support should feel slightly snug, but not tight. Snap "d" rings back into front chafes.
- Starting with the bottom straps, pull both equally, up and out until the orthotic is tight. Attach to bottom velcro. Left strap velcro on both sides. Right has rough (loop) on one side only. Pull top straps in the same manner and attach to single top velcro, left over right. Straps can be reversed for donning.
- With one side attached, hold the front in place and pull the other large elastic strap and attach to front. There is a thumb loop to help you.
- Position front and back in the same places you did while prone. Always start with the bottom two straps and pull equally to tighten.
